Remove loose dust
Carefully wipe off the dust with a soft cloth or brush. Do not push hard against the fabric pack and do not pull on the pleats.
Cleaning, drying and restoring pleats
Stick & Fit is a low-maintenance product that hangs flat against the window and therefore suffers little during normal use. With a soft cloth or brush and a few simple points to bear in mind, the pleated blind will stay neat for a long time.
Gently and without pressing hard
For normal care, a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush is usually enough. Work gently in the direction of the pleats and avoid pressing the fabric hard or deforming it.
Carefully wipe off the dust with a soft cloth or brush. Do not push hard against the fabric pack and do not pull on the pleats.
The adhesive profiles and operating rails can be wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Then dry them with a clean cloth.
Do not use abrasive sponges, solvents, bleach or strong all-purpose cleaners. These can damage the fabric, colour or profiles.
Never soak the fabric. A slightly damp cloth is enough for a local stain.
Treat locally
Treat a stain as locally as possible. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth and dab gently without rubbing hard.
Only dampen the cloth slightly. The fabric must not become soaked.
Work gently and do not press hard. This keeps the structure of the fabric and the pleat intact as much as possible.
Leave the pleated blind fully closed over the glass so that the fabric is unfolded and can dry properly.
Do not use a hairdryer, steamer or direct heat to speed up drying.
Bathroom and humid rooms
Stick & Fit is not intended for constantly humid or poorly ventilated rooms. In a bathroom, the product can be used if the room is well ventilated and the fabric is not directly exposed to water or prolonged condensation.
Make sure there is enough ventilation during and after showering, so that moisture leaves the room quickly.
Do not place the product where water drops or splashes land directly on the fabric.
Let the fabric and the window dry properly and prevent the product from staying wet or damp for long periods.

Getting a pleat back into shape
A slight dent or deformed pleat can often be restored without replacing the fabric. Work carefully and then give the fabric pack time to regain its original shape.
Gently guide the damaged spot back with your fingers in the direction of the existing pleat. Do not pull or stretch the fabric.
Gently bring the operating rails towards each other so that the fabric folds neatly and evenly into the pack.
Leave the folded fabric pack undisturbed for about 24 hours. The pleats will then often press the dent or crease completely out of the fabric.
Then open the product carefully. If the pleat has not yet fully recovered, repeat the treatment or send a photo for advice.

Looking good for a long time with normal use
The risk of damage with Stick & Fit is relatively small, because the system sits flat against the window and has no loose operating cords. Careful operation is still important.
Move the operating rail evenly and gently, so that the fabric and cords are loaded equally on both sides.
If operation feels stiff or uneven, stop and check whether the product or a cord is being obstructed somewhere.
Avoid contact with jewellery, toys, pets or other objects that could catch in the fabric.
Practical answers
Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. For a local stain, you can use a clean, slightly damp cloth.
Preferably do not use a cleaning product. In any case, avoid harsh, abrasive or solvent-based products.
Leave the pleated blind fully closed over the glass so that the fabric is unfolded and can dry in a well-ventilated way.
Yes, provided the bathroom is well ventilated and the product is not directly exposed to water, splashes or prolonged condensation.
Gently push the fabric back into the original pleat, push the fabric pack neatly together and leave it like that for about 24 hours. The crease will then often disappear completely.
Do not force the fabric any further. Send an overview photo and a close-up photo via the contact page, so that we can assess which solution is possible.
Unsure about a stain, dent or damage?
Take one overview photo of the window and a sharp close-up of the spot. This allows us to tell you specifically which care or repair step is appropriate.
