How ordering online works

Order to the millimetre. Each separate glass pane gets its own product and size.
Choose fabric and profiles
Select the fabric type, fabric colour, adhesive profile and the colour of the operating rail.
Check your order
Read through all sizes, quantities, colours and operation carefully one more time.
Order confirmed
After your payment we put your made-to-measure blind into production and you receive the confirmation by email.

3. Confirmation and production
As soon as your payment has been received, you receive the order confirmation by email and your made-to-measure blind goes into production.
Good to know: because it is made to measure, your order is final after payment and goes into production. If something is not right, please contact us immediately. You can pay with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact or credit card; ordering on invoice or paying afterwards is not offered.
After receipt of payment
Your order is produced especially for you
After payment we check the order details and your made-to-measure blind goes into production. The usual delivery time is about 8–10 working days.
Payment received
The order is complete and can be released for production.
Made-to-measure production
The pleated blind is made according to your dimensions, fabric choice and profile colours.
Check and completion
Once finished, the order is prepared for handover to the carrier.
Public holidays and holiday periods: around public holidays and during holiday periods, the production or delivery time may vary slightly. If there is a relevant delay, we will inform you as clearly as possible.
Frequently asked questions
Practical questions about ordering, payment and delivery
Can I still change my order after payment?
Contact us immediately. Once the order has gone into production, changes are usually no longer possible. So don't wait, and check everything before you place the order.
When does the delivery time start?
The indicative delivery time starts after full payment has been received and the order has been released for production.
Is the delivery time always exactly 8–10 working days?
This is the usual indication. Around public holidays, holiday periods or at exceptionally busy times, the schedule may vary slightly.
Can I return a made-to-measure product?
For a correctly delivered product made according to your personal sizes and choices, there is no standard right of withdrawal. In the event of an error, defect or deviation from the order, your statutory rights remain in place.
How do I know when the delivery driver will come?
Our regular delivery partner usually sends a text message or email with the time slot the day before delivery. If this doesn't suit you, you can schedule another time yourself using the calendar provided.
Which countries do you deliver to?
To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, free of charge in all four countries. For delivery to other countries, please contact us.
