Practical questions about contact and advice
Can I send photos or a PDF?
Yes. The contact form lets you select several photos and PDF files. Clear overview and detail photos help with technical advice.
Which photos are most useful?
Take one photo straight in front of the whole window and at least one detail photo of the glass, the window seals and the glazing bead. If there is an air vent, also add a clear photo of the vent and the space below it.
Can I get help with measuring?
Yes. Note the width and height in millimetres and send photos of the window. Please also read the full measuring page.
Can I ask for help during installation?
Yes. Describe which step you are at and send an overview photo plus a detail photo of the part you are unsure about. The installation page also includes the video, and the full installation guide is available as a page on the site.
Does PlisseZonderBoren.nl have a visiting address?
No. There is no visiting address or showroom. Contact and advice take place online, by email and by phone.
