A colour often looks different at home than on a screen. That is why you can select up to eight samples free of charge and view them at your own window, in your own light and interior.

From order to delivery
How your Stick & Fit gets to your home
As soon as your payment has been received, your made-to-measure product goes into production. The usual delivery time is approximately 8–10 working days. Around public holidays and holiday periods this may vary slightly.
1. Order received
You immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail, with your order number and all the chosen sizes and colours.
2. Made to measure
Your product is made to the millimetre and according to the chosen fabric, profile and operating options.
3. Handover to the delivery partner
The complete order is handed over to our regular delivery partner.
4. Delivery information
You receive a text message or e-mail in advance with the expected delivery time slot, or a calendar so you can choose a suitable time yourself.
The delivery time is an indication. Production and transport are carefully planned, but busy periods, public holidays, holidays or unforeseen circumstances may cause a limited deviation.

Our regular delivery partner delivers Stick & Fit in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. The long made-to-measure products are not handled as regular parcels.

The order is ready
After production and a final inspection, your complete order is made ready for handover.

The delivery partner includes the order in its route planning.

In principle delivered the next day
After handover, delivery in principle takes place on the next delivery day, depending on the route and planning.

Delivery to the address provided
When ordering, carefully check your address, phone number and e-mail address, so that the delivery information reaches you.
Your delivery time
Know in advance when the driver will come
The delivery partner informs you before delivery. The exact procedure depends on the available route planning.
Text message or e-mail with time slot
Normally you receive a message the day before delivery with the time slot in which the driver is expected.
Schedule a time yourself
If the proposed delivery does not suit you or no time slot can be given yet, a calendar can be sent so that you can choose an available delivery time yourself.

Are the fabric samples really free?
Yes. You can order up to eight samples free of charge. Shipping in a letterbox box is also free.
How do I recognise the chosen fabrics later on?
Each sample has a sticker with the fabric name and colour number. Use these details when configuring your order.
Do I have to stay at home for the samples?
No. The samples are sent in a letterbox box and normally fit through the letterbox.
Do I pay shipping costs for Stick & Fit?
No. Stick & Fit is delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
When does the delivery time start?
Production starts as soon as the order has been placed and checked. From that moment, the usual production and delivery time is approximately 8–10 working days.
Can the delivery time vary around holidays?
Yes. Around public holidays, holiday periods or exceptionally busy times, the indicative delivery time may be slightly longer.
Who delivers my Stick & Fit order?
The order is delivered by our regular delivery partner, which delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
What happens if the proposed delivery time does not suit me?
Where available, you receive a calendar or scheduling link so you can choose another suitable delivery time yourself.
